Who We Are
Parkview Skilled Care & Rehabilitation Center is the ONLY locally owned and operated skilled nursing facility in Big Spring. As a result, our team takes a family-oriented approach to care, creating a supportive environment where residents feel known, respected, and at home.
We provide skilled nursing and rehabilitation services with a focus on comfort, dignity, and individualized support.
From daily care to thoughtful amenities, our goal is to help each resident feel comfortable, cared for, and connected throughout their stay.
Meet The Team
Kristi Beauchamp
Administrator
Kristi oversees the entire operation of Parkview Skilled Care and Rehabilitation. She has been a Licensed Nursing Facility Administrator since 1999. She received her Bachelor of Science degree in 1997 from Texas Tech University. Kristi has worked in Long-Term Care since 1998. She was one of the founders of Parkview Skilled Care and Rehabilitation and has been here since it was purchased in 2005.
Kimberly (Kimmy) Teeters
Director of Nursing
Kimberly has worked for Parkview Skilled Care and Rehabilitation since 2025. She has a background in geriatric nursing and nursing management. She oversees all nursing operations, staff, and resident care within the facility. Kimberly does an excellent job at wearing many hats.
Cynthia Garretson
Quality Assurance Nurse
Cynthia has been with Parkview Skilled Care and Rehabilitation since January 2009. She helps oversee the Facility’s Quality Assurance Program. Cynthia collaborates with physicians, families, and residents to develop a personalized care plan for each resident. She works closely with our nursing staff to ensure that the best possible quality of care is provided for residents.
Brandy Huey
Resident Assurance/ MDS Coordinator
Brandy has been with Parkview Skilled Care and Rehabilitation since September 2015. She is a skilled LVN who excels as an MDS Coordinator. She helps oversee the residents’ health and functional status to create individualized care plans.
Juanita Carreon
Quality Assurance Nurse/ C.N.A. Instructor
Juanita has worked for Parkview Skilled Care and Rehabilitation since 2022. She does a fantastic job as a nurse, juggling both Quality Assurance duties and overseeing competency skills for all nurse aides.
Chris Hewtty
Wound Care Nurse
Chris has been at Parkview since 2008. He does a fantastic job as a nurse who helps treat wound care for residents. Chris collaborates with other medical professionals to ensure the best wound care possible for residents.
Diane Kligora
Housekeeping/Laundry Supervisor
Diane has worked for Parkview Skilled Care and Rehabilitation since 2021. She oversees the cleanliness of the facility as well as ensuring the resident laundry is taken care of. Diane does an excellent job at keeping the building clean and safe for residents.
Bryan Kligora
Maintenance Supervisor
Bryan has been with Parkview Skilled Care and Rehabilitation since its opening in 2005. He does a fantastic job at keeping the building safe and compliant with state and federal regulations for our residents.
Laurie Martinez
Activity Director/Marketing Director
Laurie has been with Parkview Skilled Care and Rehabilitation since November 2006. She helps plan, organize, and implement various activities for residents to ensure their quality of life is maintained. Laurie does a fantastic job at getting residents involved with activities
Ellie Miller
Accounting
Ellie joined Parkview Skilled Care and Rehabilitation in 2016. She obtained a bachelor’s degree in accounting from UTBP. She handles all accounting matters, including payable, payroll, and all other financial issues. Ellie plays a vital role in ensuring all financial matters are taken care of.
Addy Deslaurier
Business Office Manager
Addy has worked for Parkview Skilled Care and Rehabilitation since 2019. She handles billings and accounts receivable for Medicare, Medicare Replacement Plans, insurance collections, and private pay collections. Addy excels at ensuring collections are completed promptly to prevent interruptions of the facility’s daily operations.
Robbie Downing
Admission/Discharge Coordinator
Robbie has worked for Parkview Skilled Care and Rehabilitation since 2018. She helps guide prospective residents and their families through the admission process and with the transition of care with the discharge process. She does a wonderful job with coordinating with others to ensure resident’s needs are met.
Melissa Gomez
Dietary Supervisor
Melissa has been with Parkview Skilled Care and Rehabilitation since February 2025. She oversees the dietary department. She does an excellent job at ensuring that meals are prepared for the residents in a way that is healthy and tasty.
Lori Massingill
Human Resources
Lori has been with Parkview Skilled Care and Rehabilitation since April 2009. She handles all personnel issues, from recruiting and hiring to orienting employees. Lori excels in the role of staff coordination.
Marilou Mahurin
Occupational Therapist/Rehab Director
Known to us as Mara, Marilou has been with Parkview Skilled Care and Rehabilitation since 2005. She works in connection with Powerbank Rehabilitation as our occupational therapist. Mari oversees the entire Rehab department. She is an encouragement to our residents. Mara is very successful in helping residents return to their homes after an acute illness.
Patty Blakely
Physical Therapist Assistant
Patty is a physical therapy assistant affiliated with Powerbank Rehabilitation.
She has been working with Parkview Skilled Care and Rehabilitation since 2006. She works closely with our residents to help them reach the highest level of functioning possible.
